Version 1.22 Released! Gamebreaking bug Fixed!


1.22 is out, with a fix to a gamebreaking bug that affected the Panic Puppet Zone1 Boss.

If you had a time over while Tails was carrying you, he would not let Sonic fall off screen, holding his dead corpse forever and preventing the game to reset.


Sometimes you have to let things go, little fox...

Also, a few new sprites have been added to Super Sonic. I drew them for the Sonic 3D in 2D Characters mod for Sonic 3 AIR so it makes sense to bring them here for consistency as well.

Enjoy!


- Added new sprites to Super Sonic to the following animations: hanging and dragged by current.

- Fixed a misplaced tile in Green Grove Act 2

- Fixed the layering of two flags in Spring Stadium Zone act1
- Added controls to force the correct layering of elevators in Volcano Valley Zone
- Delayed the background filter activation in The Final Fight to allow proper instancing of the stars in the background behind the filter when the stage starts.

- Fixed a gamebreaking bug that caused an overzealous Tails to hold on a dead character in case of a time over in Panic Puppet Zone 1 and preventing the game's reset.
